Benlloc is a small town in the Valencian Community, located in the province of Castellón. According to the 2020 census, its population is around 600 inhabitants.
In terms of places of tourist interest, Benlloc has a parish church dedicated to the Virgin of the Assumption, which dates from the 18th century and is neoclassical in style. Also of interest is the Casa de la Vila, which is the town hall and is housed in an old Renaissance palace.
As for gastronomy, in Benlloc you can find typical dishes of Valencian cuisine, such as paella, baked rice and fideuá. Also of note are the typical sweets, such as aniseed rolls and almond cakes. In addition, the area is known for its Denomination of Origin Valencia wines, so it is advisable to try some of the local varieties.
